Renate R. Marek

Maher Center Board Member

Renate Marek is the Vice President/Relationship Manager at BankNewport. She joined the Maher Center in June 2011.

She is a graduate of Rogers High School, Newport, RI and attended Salve Regina College and Tampa University. She received her Banking Certification from Fairfield University of Financial Studies. Ms Marek has over 40 years of banking experience which includes Avon Citrus Bank, Avon Park, FL, Newport National Bank and Citizens Bank. She is the RI State Rep. for " Fight Crime Invest in Kids."

Ms Marek is a long time Newporter who now resides in Portsmouth, RI. She is the mother of Peter Bowler, Jr and Steffanie Perry and has one grandson.
